A Digital Rep is an AI‑driven chatbot that can greet visitors, answer questions, gather leads, and even speak with a human‑like voice. Think of it as a 24/7 sales consultant on your website or in a dedicated Rep Room. By using a Digital Rep, you:

Showcase your brand with a friendly face or voice
Automate routine inquiries, freeing your team for more complex tasks
Log In & Go to “Configure Chatbot”
From your dashboard, select Applications → Chatbot → Configure Chatbot.
Use the “Setup” Tab
Enter a Bot Name (e.g., “Alex”), choose MM Voice Agent V2.0, enable voice, and set your Approved Domain (the site where you’ll install the bot).
Fill In Bot Attributes
Click “Magically Generate” to auto‑fill the bot’s role, objectives, and personality.
Set the Bot Role & Objectives
For example, “Sales Representative” with the main goal of capturing leads.
Save Your Changes
Your Digital Rep is now ready to greet and assist visitors.
Access “My Settings” → “Whitelabel”
In your agency account, go to Config → My Settings → White label.
Set your App Name, custom domain, and brand colors.

Enable or Disable Advanced Editor
In Whitelabel settings, decide how much editor access your clients have.
Use the “Temporary Demo URL”
If you don’t have a custom domain yet, share the demo URL so prospects can create a free trial Digital Rep under your agency.
This funnel lets your prospects create a demo Digital Rep in minutes—no login required—so they see immediate value.
Copy Your Demo URL
Found in My Settings → White label or “Temporary Demo URL.”
Prospect Enters Their Website
The platform quickly scrapes the site to create a relevant chatbot.
Preview & Customize
They see a live preview of the bot on their site simulation, choose an avatar, voice, etc.
Save & Convert
When they’re ready, they create a free account, which appears in your Accounts list as a new subaccount.
Edit, Share, or Publish: They can further customize their bot, share a Rep Room link, or embed it on their site.
Rep Room: A dedicated page where users can chat with the Digital Rep in a distraction‑free environment.
Advanced Editor: For deeper customization (branding, conversation flows, etc.).
Go to “Accounts”
You’ll see all subaccounts (new sign‑ups from your funnel).
Click “Info” or the Business Name
Edit account details, branding, subscription type, or token limits.
Switch to the Subaccount
Manage their chatbot or settings on their behalf.
Return to Agency Dashboard
Click “Back” or “Switch to Company” to go back to your main agency view.
Rolling 30‑Day Cycle: Each account has a token limit they can’t exceed within any 30‑day window.
Subscription Type Tab: In Accounts → [Subaccount] → Subscription Type, assign or change their token limit.
Agency Pool: Your agency has an overall token pool. Upgrading a subaccount’s limit draws from that pool.
Buying More Tokens: If you’re running low, click “Buy more tokens” in your agency dashboard.
Don’t Use InstantUploader Plugin: That’s for content distribution only.
Install “WPCode – Insert Headers and Footers”
Plugins → Add New, search “WPCode,” then install & activate.
Paste Your Code
In WPCode, go to Code Snippets → Header & Footer, and paste your bot’s <script> snippet before </body>.
Save & Check
Refresh your site to see the Digital Rep appear.
The Digital Rep detects the user’s browser language. If a visitor’s browser is set to English, the bot will respond in English—even if you configured it for Spanish.
Tip: Ask users to set their browser language to Spanish to see Spanish responses.
Voice & Language: In Configure Chatbot → Branding, you can select Spanish voices if needed.
Currently, the Digital Rep does not send automated follow‑up emails.
Remove Email Promises: Go to Conversational Stages or Guardrails and remove references to “I’ll email you.”
Roadmap Feature: Email follow‑ups may be added in the future.
Not Yet: Right now, it only sends leads.
Use Zapier: Integrate lead data into GHL, then schedule them manually or via your CRM.

Agency Owners: If you run your own billing, manage subscription plans under Accounts → [Subaccount] → Subscription Type.
We’re awaiting Meta approval for certain API changes. Once approved, you can connect your Instagram account without issues.
Check Subdomain Case: Must be lowercase (e.g., myrep.livesite.ai). Uppercase letters can cause redirects.
Server Fixes: If it’s intermittent, we might be applying an update. Try again later.
Customize Rep Room: In Configure Chatbot → Rep Room, rename the page, set a background image, and define call‑to‑action buttons.
Possible Caching Issue: Switch to the Advanced Editor (Configure Chatbot → Advanced Edit) to continue setting up your bot.
Check Next Day: We often patch these issues quickly. If it persists, contact support.
Magically Generate: Re‑generate the knowledge base under Setup → “Magically Generate.”
Manual Edits: Go to Bot Attributes to correct the business description, products, etc.
Create a New Account: If the error persists, start fresh. The scraping tool might have misread your site.
Agency Settings: In Config → My Settings → White label, uncheck “Enable Editor Button” to hide it from your clients.
Basic Editor: They can still use the simplified version for quick changes.
Team Menu: Go to Config → Team.
User Types: “Agency” for your internal staff; “Account” for subaccount users.
Add New User: Click “Add New User,” fill out details, and select “Admin” or “User.”
Reinvite: If someone lost their invitation email, click “Reinvite.”
Sign Up for Cloudflare
Create a free account at cloudflare.com.
Add Your Domain
Enter your domain (e.g., myagency.com) and choose the free plan.
Update Nameservers
Replace your registrar’s existing ones with Cloudflare’s.
Create a CNAME Record
Point your subdomain (e.g., app.myagency.com) to app.instantuploader.com.
